Hi,
   I've placed a self-extracting archive at
ftp://theoryx5.uwinnipeg.ca/pub/other/perl-win32-bin-0.2.exe
which contains an updated Win32 binary of perl5.005_03,
mod_perl-1.21, and apache_1.3.9. This was built using
VC++ 6 (SP3) on a Windows 98 machine, but, from earlier
experiences, should also work on NT.
   The main changes from the earlier binary at this
location, apart from various updated modules, are the
application of ActiveState's patches (build 522) for the
perl source code and the use of Apache 1.3.9 (which requires
Winsock 2). Also, to make the file lighter, I cut down on
some of the non-XS modules included and also didn't include
the HTML documentation (which can be generated from the
tools included).
   As most of the Win32 machines I have access to don't have
Winsock 2, I haven't tested this as much as I would've liked
to. Please let me know of any problems you encounter.

best regards,
Randy Kobes
