Why wouldn't Apache::ASP work with Activestate perl now? The
trick seems to me to get an Activestate modperl build, but
I believe Randy took much of the work out of this with ...

Apache::ASP is written in pure perl, but some of the modules
that it relies on like Digest::MD5 will need be available,
but Activestate typically has core modules like this already
built ready for install with ppm.
I would urge caution with deploying modperl on win32 in
production because of it being single threaded.
