if some online documentation says otherwise, please let us know exactly
where and we'll make sure it's accurate.

The doc on issuing correct http headers has returns with values all over it: http://perl.apache.org/docs/general/correct_headers/correct_headers.html

This is because it is illustrating handlers, even though it doesn't always display the whole handler subroutine.
