The proxy code is pretty much finished right now - getting it back in
the core would be great because it means I can focus on the cache :)

The separate DSO modules for ftp, http and connect were committed on
sunday - it was a really small change, as the hardwired code was pretty
modular on its own. It works for static, but Victor had hassles with
shared and said he would fix it.

In short, we have at least two maintainers, the code makes sense as a
multi-protocol router in addition to a proxy, and we need it build
tested :) We're ready.
