mod_ldap has no dependancies on mod_proxy whatsoever.

There is a module I intend writing called proxy_ldap.c which will allow
stuff like this:

  ProxyPass /test/ ldap://127.0.0.1/o=Example,c=UK?

But this is the only overlap.
