FAQ now available.

The new edition of the Modslist FAQ is now available for viewing, albeit in
an embryonic state.  Over the next week, I will be fleshing it out both
graphically and content-wise.  

I will welcome any contents/questions concerning this new FAQ.  Note that
this FAQ may soon appear at a different URL.  If and when this happens,
I'll put a link from one to the other as well as posting that information
here.
