I agree 100%. To be perfectly frank though, I just don't feel motivated to
address all of them right now. If anyone on the list would like to
contribute to the FAQ in this arena, please email me your submissions (you
will be given credit for published material). Otherwise I can only give an
honest answer of "I'll get around to it sometime."
