Obviously you have little knowledge of bi-polar disorder my dear sir. It's
isn't a matter of being able to "pull oneself together" it's a chemical
imbalance in the brain. There is no control over it. What you just said is
like saying "pull yourself together" to someone with cancer..."you don't
need treatment..just a stiff upper lip"
Amanda
Hello,
Twas written......
"Yeah, paxil is used to treat severe bi-polar disorder. I'm a girl on
paxil...do you mind explaining yourself on that? It's better to date a
girl on paxil then one who should be on it and isn't. Shock treatment
should only be used on men who can't handle the fact that they were
lousy lovers and blame the other persons medication for their messed up
relationship."
Whatever happened to stiff upper lip ?? Pulling oneself together ??
Drugs.....why bother ?? It`s like one tablet is a quick fix for life`s
problems. Most drugs are placebos for life and any problems you
encounter. Life has bloody problems, you have to deal with them. Who
cares what pill you pop.
