Back on the China vs. England Desert Boot thread, I was just in a small
shoe shop asking the owner what he knew about the mfg of Desert boots. He
said (and showed me) that when he places an order some sizes come from
China and some from England. I compared the 2, and the Chinese shoes
definitely have a fuller toe (less desirable on my behalf).
