hey, some of us actually live in Scotland y'know. Besides which, I like to think that there's some places I can actually get away from football. Which is why I escaped to darkest London. Re: NU 2nd Anniversary do - Loved the Apemen - crazy fiends for whom the stage was obviously too small ;) and the lead singer was especially fond of (trying) to trail his mic into the gents, to much amusement all round. They really got the party going. Loved Rachelle Piper's set too (anyone who knows whether she does compilation tapes, email off-list, please) and thought the girl in the crowd with the purple floppy hat looked great. More hats! Disappeared lateish to go to the 100 Club northern do, which was totally magic. Dancefloor like butter and tunes that just melted the heart. No more go-go boots for me...
