I recently bought a book on Amazon that is basically a
collection of mid-sixties fashions culled from the
Sears Catalog. It is a good reference, though some is
cheesy as you would expect. They have several volumes
from the 40's up to the 80's I believe. It cost
$30.00, but I think it was worth it, just to see what
kind of clothing was sold in the 60's. I love books
of 60's fashions, but you can only see the same Rudi
Gernreich pictures so often. This gives you more of a
real-world idea of 60's fashions.
