That would be something to do with it being based on a Nik Cohn story about
mods. In Ireland I believe although I could be wrong. Film development being
what it is it took a decade to reach the screen.
I read a long and detailed description of how the story originated, changed
and changed again for the screen but I've long since forgotten it. Perhaps
someone else?
By the way, all censorship is bad *unless it keeps endless irrelevant wank
off my screen*. Hats off to anyone involved in making this list less
nonsense filled than before.
