i think it is as much an american identity as a british one at this point.... it was our music that started it all after all. where would you be without good old american soul? and besides that, i think this is an "identity" that belonged to a comepletely different generation. if i want to dress mod and and listen to mod music, who care sif i am an american. get an open mind. jay3
