Allow me to make an allegory, by paraphrasing a French friend on mine who
was impressed at the range of wines available in our local off-license (of
the good, rather than cheap sort) - 'in France, we only sell French wine'.

On the other hand, we DID produce Love and Rockets, but we never put them in
the Top 40 :-)
