Definitely. My cuts are $32, but I've been going to
the same hair stylist for YEARS and she's great.
She's so good that I don't need to stick to my
every-eight-week schedule, because her cuts don't lose
their shape! (I get a basic short bob w/bangs).
COLOR, tho...I recommend getting it done by a
professional for a real drastic change (such as
platinum, or dark hair to blonde) if you are not
experienced. I've been dying my own hair since I was
17 though (that's many years. . .), doing it red,
platinum (REALLY hard!), blue, purple (okay so I was a
punk rocker in the 80s), and now, golden blonde.
