I'm particularly looking for responses from people who have just joined the list and from those that either (a) post frequently or (b) never post to the list thanks again; sorry to those who have read this twice. ---- yes, it is yet another modslister writing a thesis/disertation who could use some help from list members. HOWEVER, this isn't really about Mod(s) at all, but is a linguistic study of the way people interact in the context of electronic mailing lists compared to the real world, and the way they think of themselves in these contexts.
