Anyone know anything about the Vespa ET4? Apparently, Piaggio has finally
sold their soul to the US EPA and is preparing to export to this most
environmentally wholesome of countries.
So my question is, are these scooters any good? Are they a big wad of
plastic and nostalgia, or are they a decent bike? Top speed?
I would greatly appreciate any opinions from our more mechanically inclined
listers.
