I've heard Peggy Lee doing 'I'm a Woman', and Etta James doing 'WOMAN' -
both of which seemed to be based on Bo's 'I'm a Man' (am I correct?)
The former is credited to Leiber/Stoller I believe.... anyway I was
wondering who first recorded this track (I presume Etta's is the
original of the latter song?)
Was Peggy's the original??!
Another question now... regarding 'Montego Bay':
I have 'Freddy Notes & The Rudies' doing this great track - but read
Bobby Bloom had a hit with it....... anyway I was wondering if someone
could clarify who wrote/first performed etc. this track.
Other info. regarding forementioned artists also very welcome!!
