Your Virgin Megastore should have it in their book section, at least the one in
San Francisco has a few copies... its a pretty good place to stumble on books
you might have missed. It also has excellent coffee table books, but alas, none
that actually FOLD OUT into a coffee table. also i can pick up my copys of
"record collector" there (damn, i admitted i'm a nerd)....
