Could you come off as any snottier, Charles? Oh - predictably, you'd
consider that a compliment I suppose. I'd like to rephrase your question
as: "Is ANYONE on this list currently listen to anything that is actually
QUALITY? As in GOOD?"

I find it interesting that you have the gall to post questions like that
here on the limping old Modslist, but not on other lists where the real mod
music enthusiasts discuss the good stuff. If I made a piece of shit like
"American Mod" I'd hide from the traditionalists and people with real
knowledge of music - 60's and contemporary - too.

I agree the Embrooks and Conquerors are the two best new things I've heard
that are considered mod-related. ANYTHING by either. (As far as non-mod
related I dig the new Movietone, Sugar Plant, Manu Chao, and Go-Betweens).

Thank you Dan! Thank you thank you thank you. All sins forgiven. ;o)
Brilliant point. READ AND LEARN, CHILDREN!

It's funny to come back to this list and see the same old conversations
about Skrewdriver, "what is mod', shitslinging, and the Prisoners happening
again and again and again..........trickle down and bubble up, as they
say.............
