In a way I agree, however, I don't really like using the
word capacity to... When people are just following the
trend.. they are bound to look like John Norris. he doesn't
have a clue! he's from MTV.. However, if one is truly
influenced by, and isn't trying to be a complete knock off..
it's going to shine through.. Unfortuantly (or fortunatly..
depending on how you look at it..) we are in the 2000s..
there must be a reason why we are around today and not the
60's... I'm deeply influenced by the 60's and what not.. but
i am proud to be a live today as well...
btw.. i do like pavement.. haven't heard any stephen malkmus
yet...
