Hello,
"We have a Bay Area based Yahoo group called What's Shakin'! If you
would like to keep up with Bay Area happenings, or even post your
happenings, links, and anything else, as some of us do get out and
about, so feel free to join and keep in touch with your Bay area
brothers and sisters!"
Ah...this is what Modslist should be about - bringing the scene locally,
nationally and worldwide together. May there be much more of it. Don't just
sit there and moan about the lack of a scene in your area, do something
about it!

Well, I'm not moaning for one. By the way, I don't think i'm alone on this list
when I say i'm not sure how good I feel about self appointed online mod authorities.
Defining conservative restrictions of what mod today 'should be' seems pretty
ridiculous. Just my opinion.

I think you're reading a little too much into that; David was just commenting
on the community aspect of the list, which seems reasonable to me.

Oh, fuck off.
I made a comment that it was nice to see someone actively doing something
for their area (as opposed to using this list as a blatant plug for some
local, and usually 'non mod related' event or moaning that there's 'no mods
in my area' etc etc) and you come along and have a 'pop'. I'm sure you'll
have had a 'dig' whatever I'd posted. But feel free, it doesn't upset me,
better people than you have been on this list and made far more cutting
remarks.

Indeed, think before you have a go. Unless of course you want to have a go
regardless. Which is what you were doing really wasn't it Stephen?
