Ops, mod_ssl 2.1.3 is rather old. This stuff was already fixed between 2.1.7
and 2.1.8 and now the ap::mod_proxy::xxxx hooks are used. So, please upgrade
to 2.2.3 and the patch should be no longer needed. Nevertheless thanks for the
hint.
