The IE problem :)
I waited 16 (very roughly counted in my head) seconds and hit refresh and
got I got an error
" Internet Explorer cannot open the Internet site:
htps://en4.engelschall.com/manual/mod/mod_ssl/. \n\r The Server returned an
invalid or unrecognized response"
Refresh again and okay.
