        I've been having this problem for quite some time now. I can
access cgi's via GET, or through HTTP, but not HTTPS with POST.  That
seems to indicate (to me) that the problem isn't the cert, or I'd be
seeing the problem all over the place.  My Thawte should be arriving
later today, so I guess we'll see then.

        BTW, I have created new test certs, and deleted and reinstalled
on my browser (as well as had other people have the problem, too).

I've posted before on this, so all the details are out there, I'll not
bother to repeat them.
