Hi,
 I've installed mod_ssl 2.2.7/SSLeay/0.9.0b/Apache 1.3.6 and plugged 
in a Thawte certificate. I'm able to see the certificate when I 
connect, however,Netscape 4.08 and 4.51 (Linux) give me a "Bad Data" 
message. Dropping it back to SSLv2 and it works fine.
