Yes, I used the "patch" from the CygWin32 packages which is a patch 2.5 and
works fine. It even doesn't have problems with the CRLF vs. LF. But this is
documented in the INSTALL.W32 file, isn't it? But be careful: Only the 2.1b
versions are ported to Win32. The stable 2.0 branch is _NOT_ ported to the
Win32 environment.
