Please retry with mod_ssl 2.1b8 again today when it's available. Trung and I
have changed mod_ssl now to a DLL under Win32 and also fixed some nasty bugs
which prevents mod_ssl 2.1b7 from actually running fine under Win32 after the
major DSO-related changes. But 2.1b8 already worked fine for Trung.
