An important hint for you:

As you recognized, the messages of the Jitterbug-based Bug Database are
automatically forwarded to [EMAIL PROTECTED] (all those postings have
"[BugDB]" as the prefix) in order to allow you to observe the BugDB, learn
from the answers, etc.

The mail address of the BugDB is [EMAIL PROTECTED]! So, when you
have a problem you directly want to enter into the BugDB _and_ send to the
list you can either fill out the form on
http://www.engelschall.com/sw/mod_ssl/bugdb/ or just send it to
[EMAIL PROTECTED] A copy is automatically sent to
[EMAIL PROTECTED]

OTOH when you want to give an answer to a problem report, you can directly
reply to the "[BugDB] ..." messages. BUT make sure you change the Reply-to
address from [EMAIL PROTECTED] to [EMAIL PROTECTED] to
make sure your reply occurs both in the BugDB (as a follow-up to the correct
PR) _and_ the mailing list. This is important because users who usually use
the BugDB interface are not subscribed to sw-mod-ssl. So they wouldn't see
your reply.

Or in short:

When you write to sw-mod-ssl only the list recieves your message.
When you write to bugdb-mod-ssl the BugDB and the list revieves your message.

Keep this in mind, please.
