Hello I've tried compiling the mod-ssl enabled Apache 1.3.2 server with SSL 0.9b on Redhat 4.2 and it doesen't seem to work. I've followed the procedure described in INSTALL file but when someone trys to connect to https://my.server.box , I get the following in the error_log-ssl: [Tue Sep 29 21:51:23 1998] [error] mod_ssl: SSL_accept failed [Tue Sep 29 21:51:23 1998] [error] SSLeay: error:14094412:SSL routines:SSL3_READ _BYTES:sslv3 alert bad certificate I've made the certificate via make certificate and then did make install and haven't modified the httpd.conf since.
