There is still a little glitch in the FAQ section about creating your
own CA.
If you follow the examples in the FAQ, you end up with a ca.crt file,
but when you launch the "sign" script you get an error about
"file ./ca.cert" not existing.
Again, you should fix the FAQ example to avoid confusion, even if it
is just a trivial problem.
