The merging of SSLCertifcateFile into virtual hosts doesn't
work properly since a default value is assigned when a new
server rec is created. Also, the default value is a relative
path, but ap_server_root_relative() isn't used to turn it into
an absolute path, so it ends up being incorrect. I'll send in
the patch as a followup so that the formatting stays correct.
