According to http://www.modssl.org/source/mirror.html the new rsync URL is
rsync://ftp.modssl.org/modssl-ftp/source/.  Please use this one, it's now a
direct pointer to the FTP area so people get via RSYNC exactly what other get
via MIRROR.
