The following message keeps appearing when I try to use a 
certificate signed by my own CA:

   A secure connection could not be established because of
   a problem with the security certificate from that site 
   (the identity certificate name is not correct.)

The connection is then made unsecured.

I've followed the directions in the FAQ to create a self-signed
CA certificate and signing the site certificate with it. Any 
ideas?
