Hi -- I'm sure this is a stupid question answered many times
before, but I'm confused and can't find the answer in any
FAQ's. :)

According to the mod_ssl install directions, to use openssl in
the US you need to compile it with rsaref 2.0. (I assume b/c
it's based on ssleay.)

Problem is, I went to the ftp site in the Netherlands that is
supposed to have rsaref 2.0 and it's not available. Is it still
true that I need those libraries, and if so, is there someplace
else I can get them.

I got the test version (not compiling openssl w/rsaref) to work
fine, so here's hoping I don't really need the rsaref stuff.

Please help! Thanks!
