You are using Linux w/ glibc 2.1, correct (RH 6.0, possibly)? You must
change the mod_ssl.h header file to read #include <db1/ndbm.h> instead of
#include <ndbm.h>. With glibc 2.1 systems, the location of ndbm.h has
changed.
