An Exe you just can upload to the contrib area. But for integration into the
Apache/mod_ssl source tree we need patches against the Win32 Makefiles, the
DSPs, etc. An additional InstallShield Exe then is fine. But I primarily
first need the source patches for the various Win32 build files.
