Yes, when you built OpenSSL without RSA ciphers this can be the problem, too.
Run "openssl ciphers" with the SSLCipherSuite spec string to make sure there
_are_ ciphers remaining. For instance on my OpenSSL 0.9.3a installation I get:

This means that the above SSLCiperSuite really includes RSA ciphers for me.
When you built OpenSSL without RSA support the RSA ciphers will be missing in
this list, etc.
