I've been trying, unsuccessfully, to import a Microsoft Certificate Server
CA into Apache to authenticate client user certificates against.

Errors I'm receiving when I run make look like:
unable to load certificate
2446:error:0D0A0007:asn1 encoding routines:d2i_X509_ALGOR:expecting an asn1
sequence:x_algor.c:84:address=1136774 offset=0
2446:error:0D0A2004:asn1 encoding routines:d2i_X509_CINF:nested asn1
error:x_cinf.c:122:address=1136748 offset=26
2446:error:0D09F004:asn1 encoding routines:d2i_X509:nested asn1
error:x_x509.c:98:address=1136744 offset=4
2446:error:0906700D:PEM routines:PEM_ASN1_read_bio:ASN1 lib:pem_lib.c:209:
HowardUmans.crt ... .0
server.crt ... ed13c792.0

And my CA Certificate appears to be in a proper format:
-----BEGIN CERTIFICATE-----
MIICKDCCAdKgAwIBAgIQonR0SxAAXYIR0g0SHzIR1DANBgkqhkiG9w0BAQQFADB2
... ...
... Lines deleted for security reasons ...
... ...
Mq6E6RMaG8ai3KnaDXgzll7kRfjc07EaTo2Tgw==
-----END CERTIFICATE-----

I obtained this cert by exporting it from IE 5.0.

Thanks - H
