Both is possible. But even if the key file is equal you need to list
the file twice - in each VHost section.

You will be prompted for both of course. The builtinnpphrase dialog
tells you which key is to be decrypted.

If you choose the same pass pharse then you are prompted only once
since mod_ssl remembers it.
