Here is an updated version of my patch to read certificates and keys from a
database file. There have been two changes since the 1.1 version: (1) This
should now support DBM, DB, and DB2 database format files depending on how you
compile Apache. (2) I fixed a really stupid bug.. so you will want to use this
version instead of the old one.
