1. This is a plain platform issue and has nothing real to do with mod_ssl, so
   you should either read your local guide or ask in a forum intended for your
   platform.
   
2. How can you expect that someone gives you a technical suggestion if you not
   at least say which platform you're using? Unix flavors use different init
   procedures (BSD's often /etc/rc.local, SysV derivates often some
   /etc/rc.d/* or /etc/init.d, etc.)
