Ralf: apache_1.3.6 mod_ssl-2.3.11-1.3.6 OpenSSL 0.9.3a mm-1.0.9 SGI IRIX 6.5.3 (O200) SGI cc compiler I continue to have problems trying to track down why I get the "An I/O error occured during security authorization" during a POST. Do you have a complete description of what causes a renegotiation to occur in the first place? (My knowlege of SSL is far too limited at this point to know all the possible reasons for a renegotiation!) Do you (or anyone else on the list) have any pointers to documents that would describe such information? I am willing to put considerable reading (and concentration of mental effort on my part) into this situation. I appreciate any information (help) that I can get. If the output from my current server setup would be useful I can make it available to you. I probably will not be able to look at this until next Monday. (My wife is pregnant and is having troubles keeping food down [this happened with our 2 other pregnancies] and is currently in the hospital getting IV fluids :-( ). Thanks for any help!
