Here's an easy way to redirect to another page/directory, secure or whatever:
Link to a page you want to be secure, but put a meta refresh in the
<head></head> area to push to the "new" copy of page or URL;
<META httpd-equiv="Refresh" CONTENT="0;
URL="https:www.mysite.com/secure/mysecurepage.html">
