The following is a transcript of an attempt to make a demo cert with
the openssl util on Win NT

unable to find 'distinguished_name' in config
problems making Certificate Request
Request (and private key) is in newreq.pem
Where is the problem. I know that it cant locate the
config file but how can i specify the location of the
config file.
