What you're speaking about is a Global ID from Verisign. But this type of
certs you can only get if you're a financial organisation or at least some
other very special situations apply to you. And they cost a lot of money.

Certs are standardized and only differ in encoding. Just select a server like
Stronghold or Raven and you'll get the certs in a form (PEM) which you can
directly use with Apache+mod_ssl+OpenSSL.
