Hi guys. I'm new to OpenSSL (but not SSL) and was
generating my first CSR with it, to send to Verisign.

Step 1 ("Create a RSA private key for your Apache
server") worked fine.

But OpenSSL is giving me a "Unable to load config
info" error that I don't understand.

HERE'S WHAT HAPPENED...
( ??? any ideas ??? )

MANUAL SAYS:
Create a Certificate Signing Request (CSR) with the
server RSA private key (output will be PEM formatted):

I TYPED:
$ openssl req -new -key server.key -out server.csr

OPEN SSL SAID:
Using configuration from /usr/local/ssl/openssl.cnf
Unable to load config info

Enter PEM pass phrase: (******)

unable to find 'distinguished_name' in config
problems making Certificate Request

Whaddya think? Please help...
