I am responding so that others more knowledgeable can
comment - Buy a commercial distribution of apache+mod_ssl;
this should take care of the RSA license.  One cheap ($80)
option is MacMillian's copy of Mandrake Linux 6.0 Secure Server Edition.

Am I right?
