I have the same problem with that public key

I tried my installation with the snake-oil-keys - worked fine.
The private key matches its certificate.
Then i tried my luck with the DER-Versions of the key and the cert -
i failed again.
Could anyone please help me ?
My boss seems to become a little bit unfriendly -
cause i worked for a week on this SSL thing
with no success.
