1. for Apache-SSL go to http://www.apache-ssl.org/ and do
not submit a mod_ssl bug report, please.
2. if you're actually running mod_ssl 2.4.x. you have to use
--enable-rule=SSL_EXPERIMENTAL because the special POST support
is experimental stuff (although it showed to work fine).
